Job Title: Senior Cloud Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Cloud Engineer. As a key member of our Engineering practice, you will play a critical role in delivering new capabilities to one of the most critical applications in Finance technology.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud technologies, with experience working with engineering and operational teams. They will be responsible for designing, building, running, and evolving foundational tools, infrastructure, and automation, as well as collaborating with product teams to co-design and operate platforms that improve delivery velocity, quality, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Evolve Platforms: Develop and maintain reusable infrastructure, templates, and tooling that support application deployment, observability, and operational resilience.
  • Automation and Infrastructure as Code: Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and monitoring, ensuring consistency and repeatability across environments.
  • Cross-Functional Governance: Participate in forums such as Change, Risk & Security, and Service Management to ensure alignment with our engineering and operational standards.
  • Blended Responsibilities: Overlap with SRE data and systems Engineering, particularly in areas like observability, DevOps integration, and service reliability.
  • Continuous Improvement: Perform complex problem resolution, root cause analysis, and identification of improvement opportunities.
