We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Allied Health Operations Manager to lead our multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the NDIS and be able to develop business and operational plans that drive growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to improve performance, wellbeing, and growth of the team.
- Provide leadership and guidance to ensure effective delivery of allied health services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes that meet organisational goals.
The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in occupational therapy, physiotherapy, exercise physiology or speech pathology and previous experience working in multidisciplinary teams. Strong leadership skills and a sound understanding of evidence-based practice frameworks are essential for success in this role.
