As a critical member of our organization, you will play a vital role in maintaining and improving our Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) systems. You will be responsible for coordinating and reporting on HSE performance across all projects and offices.
- HSE Coordination: You will coordinate and report on HSE performance, providing regular relief HSE support to sites as needed.
- Systems Audits: Conduct HSE systems audits on site and report with recommendations for improvement.
- Closure of Corrective Actions: Monitor audit schedules and ensure closure of corrective action items.
- Incident Reporting: Oversee incident reporting protocols and data management within our system.
- Risk Assessments: Facilitate project risk assessments and align HSE Management Plans and training packages to client/project requirements.
- Learning Management System (LMS): Administer the LMS and provide necessary training.
The ideal candidate will have certifications or qualifications within the HSE/OHS space and experience in EPC/EPCM/Client/Owner is desirable. A thorough understanding of statutory and regulatory requirements is essential.
