Job Title: Customer Engagement Marketing Manager

About the Role:

We're looking for a strategic marketer with a flair for community building and customer engagement. As our Customer Engagement Marketing Manager you will create and deliver a consistent customer centric engagement strategy to drive tenant attraction and retention across the portfolio. Your key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive customer engagement asset level strategies that attract tenants, onboard seamlessly, connect continuously, and offboard positively.
  • Cultivating meaningful building communities to enhance tenant satisfaction and drive retention.
  • Creating and implementing brand-aligned campaigns, collateral, and digital content.
  • Owning and managing marketing budgets and reporting metrics.
  • Maintaining strong collaboration with internal leasing teams, creative agencies, and digital platforms.

You will be responsible for leading the attraction, onboarding, support, and offboarding process for tenants to ensure a smooth and memorable journey. You will also curate and deliver tailored events, activations, partnerships, and wellness programs to strengthen tenant communities.


About You:

To be successful in this role, you will bring:
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, business or a related field.
  • Proven marketing experience, specifically in retail or property marketing.
  • A strong understanding of property fundamentals.
  • Proficiency in marketing platforms and design tools.
  • Excellent communication, project management and problem-solving skills.
