About the role

Our organization is merging technology with human expertise to revolutionize financial wellness. As a Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for gathering, processing and analyzing financial data to drive strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

  • Collect, clean and organize data from multiple sources.
  • Design and deliver detailed financial reports, dashboards and visualizations.
  • Use data storytelling and visualization to present insights clearly.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis to support business needs.
  • Automate data workflows and reporting processes.
  • Collaborate across teams to support data-driven decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance BI processes and self-service reporting.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for all data processes.

Qualifications and experience

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, statistics or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in data analysis or financial analysis.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, Power BI and SQL.
  • Familiarity with financial modeling, investment strategies and financial regulations.
  • Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
