Embracing Transformation SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled Embracing Transformation Specialist to join our Business IT and Digital Delivery group. As an Embracing Transformation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in executing change management plans for our IT projects, ensuring efficient transitions with minimal business disruption.Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with IT Portfolio Change & Learning Specialists, Program teams, Project Managers, and stakeholder groups to identify resistance points to change and develop plans to foster positive change acceptance.
  • Conduct thorough impact analyses and assess change readiness, ensuring each initiative is aligned with an owner and supported by a structured framework.
  • Ensure training requirements are understood, prepared for, and actioned in alignment with transition plans.
  • Lead the business deployment of initiatives and support the transition into business-as-usual activity.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to develop collaborative relationships and strategic partnerships.
About You:
  • Degree level qualification in Management, Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or significant relevant experience in IT project management or IT service delivery.
  • PROSCI Change Management Certification or similar.
