Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team in Canberra. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering person-centered support plans that promote the quality of life for our NDIS clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments and develop behaviour support plans that meet the unique needs of our clients.
  • Implement and review support plans to ensure they are effective and meet the client's goals.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive support services.
  • Ensure compliance with NDIS quality and safeguard commission requirements.
Requirements
  • Assessed by NDIS as a PBS practitioner at core or above level.
  • Current Driver's License.
  • Adhere to NDIS quality and safeguard commission requirements.
  • Experience working with individuals with a disability or in mental health, or a Bachelor's Degree related to Positive Behaviour Support.
  • COVID-19 Vaccination Digital Certificate, including mandated booster vaccinations as directed by State Government and NDIS mandates.
  • High level of verbal and written communication skills.
