The Sales and Implementation team is a small, dynamic team, united by our passion for education, technology, and innovative thinking. We pride ourselves on our personal relationships with our clients, and we are keen to recruit a new team member to our team in Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads, promote and sell Epigeum's online courses to higher education institutions across Australia and adjacent markets.
  • Manage new and existing customer accounts, ensuring renewal of current subscriptions and upselling existing products.
  • Provide effective support to new and existing customers by raising awareness of Epigeum programmes, providing training, and enhancing overall user satisfaction.
  • Engage with existing users to build communities around specific subject areas, including the organisation of Community of Practice events.
  • Work collaboratively with Implementation, Marketing, and other relevant functions to provide exceptional customer support.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability in business development/account management and/or a consultative role, preferably in the higher education sector or similar.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and experience delivering effective presentations virtually and in person.
  • Experience working with customers to assist with the delivery of technology and offering support where required.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise workload and time effectively.
  • Proficiency in the MS Office suite, CRM systems, and sales enablement tools.
