Job Overview:

Aftersales Support Specialists play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional technical and warranty support to customers, dealers, and internal stakeholders.

This position ensures seamless aftersales operations, enhances customer satisfaction, and upholds the brand's reputation for excellence.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Tech Support: Provide troubleshooting assistance for automotive products to customers and dealership networks.
  • Warranty Management: Manage warranty claims, including validation, processing, and follow-up to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Liaison with Manufacturers: Liaise with manufacturers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve complex technical and service issues.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, warranty cases, and service resolutions.
  • Aftersales Training: Assist in developing aftersales training materials and conducting workshops for dealership staff.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on aftersales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 Years of experience in aftersales support, technical service, or warranty management (automotive industry preferred).
  • Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology (Highly desirable)
  • Diagnostic Expertise: Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
  • SOP Adherence: Proven ability to document and follow SOPs and workshop manuals.
  • Diagnostic Proficiency: Proficiency in reading and interpreting wiring diagrams.
