Key Hospitality Professional Sought

We are seeking an experienced and skilled hospitality professional to take on the role of Bar Manager/Assistant Manager at our establishment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to guests, fostering a positive and engaging experience through effective communication and leadership skills.
  • Monitor and maintain the efficiency of service, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Delegate tasks to team members and shift leaders to achieve excellent service standards.
  • Resolve customer complaints and team problems in a prompt and friendly manner, with the goal of satisfying their needs and retaining business.
  • Demonstrate detailed knowledge of our food and beverage offerings.
  • Ensure storage areas are managed and maintained throughout their shift.
  • Enforce RSA restrictions among team members at all times.
  • Monitor OH&S within the venue during their shift and report any issues to management.

Requirements:

  • Two years of experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Australian Work Authorisation.
  • Current RSA certification.
