Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned hospitality professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional customer service and safety standards are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities

As Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading by example, maintaining high standards of customer service and ensuring that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Liaising closely with other department heads to ensure seamless operation of the hotel.
  • Monitoring and controlling costs, managing budgets and optimizing resource allocation.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a similar or related role within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers and stakeholders.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Intermediate computer literacy and Microsoft Office skills.
