
Sales Strategist

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for driving new business growth by acquiring new clients across your assigned aviation sector. Your core mission will be to identify opportunities, build relationships, and deliver tailored solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
- You will drive new business acquisition and market penetration through high levels of outbound activity, including cold calls, email outreach, and in-person visits.
- Schedule and attend sales appointments, qualifying prospects through expert discovery and aligning their needs with our solutions.
- You will define and execute a new business development strategy aligned with our goals and market trends, negotiating and closing agreements that ensure value-based pricing and properly scoped contracts.
- Maintain accurate CRM data, tracking all activity, opportunity stages, and sales forecasts.
- Represent us at industry conferences and events to expand your network and generate new leads.
- Analyse sales performance, report regularly, and develop action plans to drive continuous improvement.
- Proven sales success in B2B environments—ideally within professional services, data, analytics, or SaaS/tech industries.
- Strong lead generation and business development track record, with experience closing high-value deals.
- Skilled in consultative and solution-based selling, with the ability to identify client pain points and craft tailored value propositions.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, able to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly motivated and self-driven, with a relentless focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrates a growth mindset, always looking for ways to improve, adapt, and innovate in a dynamic market.
- Strategic thinker with the creativity to drive win-win outcomes and long-term partnerships.
