Job Title: Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our team at FLSmidth Pty. Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Team Leader will be responsible for leading a team of employees in the Mechanical Assembly Line Process, ensuring efficient and effective production operations. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set clear goals and objectives for the team, aligning with the organization's overall goals.
  • Motivate team members to achieve high levels of productivity and quality.
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and strengths.
  • Facilitate effective communication within the team and between the team and higher management.
  • Provide training, coaching, and development opportunities to help team members grow professionally.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Address and resolve conflicts within the team, ensuring a collaborative and respectful work environment.
  • Make decisions related to team operations, in consultation with team members and higher management.
  • Track team performance, productivity, and progress towards goals.
  • Report on team performance, challenges, and achievements to upper management.
