Job Description:As a project manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex medical devices from concept to market. This includes managing multiple stakeholders, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
- Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure timely delivery of components and services
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including ISO 13485 and FDA GMP
- 8-12 years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical industry
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
