You'll work closely with hospitals, day surgeries, and other healthcare facilities to support infection prevention efforts and identify new business opportunities.
Your responsibilities will include: Building and managing strong relationships with key decision-makers and clinical teams Delivering education, support, and product training to stakeholders Launching new, evidence-based reprocessing solutions Executing effective territory and business development plans Contributing to a fast-growing team with a customer-first culture What You Bring Proven experience in medical sales, ideally within reprocessing, endoscopy, sterilisation, or infection control Success in both account management and new business development Strong knowledge of the Victorian healthcare landscape and procurement channels Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills Tertiary qualifications in Science, Nursing, Business, or Allied Health Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within the territory The Offer Base salary + performance-based incentives Fully maintained company vehicle or car allowance National support and training infrastructure Join a company where innovation and ethics drive real impact in healthcare Interested?
