About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Portfolio Management Director to join our Tas Networks team. As a key member of our Strategy team, you will be responsible for overseeing the governance and oversight of our non-network portfolio, including innovation, digital, and business services.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in portfolio management, with experience in portfolio delivery, investments, and business cases. You will be able to work effectively with diverse stakeholders to influence outcomes and have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity offering a competitive remuneration and benefits package, as well as relocation assistance for preferred candidates not currently living in Tasmania.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the governance and oversight of our non-network portfolio
  • Develop and maintain an effective EPMO team
  • Monitor the portfolio to provide insight to leaders
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders through relevant committees
  • Use objective methods and frameworks to advise and challenge senior leadership
