We are seeking a casual administrator to assist with various office duties and responsibilities.

Key tasks include:

  • Liaising with staff, clients, and suppliers regarding purchase orders
  • Liaising with staff regarding schedules
  • Phone calls outgoing and incoming
  • General ad-hoc, clerical, and other duties as required

The SimPRO platform is utilised in the business, and experience is beneficial but not essential. The role also involves maintenance and upkeep of safety systems and business compliance for clients.

The position is home office based, while transitioning to commercial premises.

Requirements

Current requirements: 10-15 hours per week with potential to increase. Flexible hours around business needs may suit someone wanting to work school hours or students seeking flexible working arrangements.

Preferred Skills

Customer Service: 1 year preferred
Administration: 1 year preferred
