**Project Manager Role**We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead our team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial acumen, contracts management, design management, and the ability to deliver high-quality projects that meet and exceed client expectations.The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Developing comprehensive project programmes and communicating them to the team
  • Delivering projects from inception through to completion
  • Ensuring construction programmes are followed and delivering project quality to programme
  • Identifying and managing construction risk; escalating issues as required
  • Managing project expenditure and cash flow
  • Managing external engineering design aspects of projects
  • Design management
  • Managing subcontractors on site
  • Maintaining HSEQ requirements on the project
  • Producing progress reports
  • Delivering and managing client expectations
This is a permanent full-time position based in Sydney, New South Wales. We offer opportunities for career progression within a growing organisation.The successful candidate will have:
  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management or similar
  • Minimum 5–15 years' experience delivering projects from start to finish, ideally from a Tier 1 or 2 background
  • Proven leadership ability in building and motivating teams to deliver high-quality projects
  • Experience delivering greenfield projects
  • Detailed knowledge of local council and regulatory requirements/standards
  • Strong planning and project financial reporting skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite
  • Construction Safety Induction (white) card
