Project Finance Professional

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in Sydney, working on complex project finance projects.

The Project Finance Group has an excellent reputation for helping sponsors and developers achieve their goals globally.

In this role, you will work on logistical tasks, research, communication, and document review, handling contractual work and collaborating with experienced practitioners.

You will be involved in meaningful work, learning from colleagues, and contributing to major projects impacting Australia and the Asia-Pacific region.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supporting lawyers in connection with project financing mandates.
  • Assisting in closing project financing transactions.
  • Coordinating global teams across offices.
  • Providing timely assistance and advice to clients.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Australia, England & Wales, or other Common Law jurisdiction admission.
  • PQE 1 - 3 years of experience.
  • General banking finance experience, preferably including project, corporate, and acquisition finance.
  • Knowledge of international finance law and analytical skills.
