Project Coordinator Job Description

This Sydney based Project Coordinator role will be supporting the delivery of projects across a variety of clients. The core aspects of the role include ensuring all project requirements are satisfactorily managed, contract administration, and supporting the project team to plan, execute and finalise projects according to strict time, quality and budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the delivery of projects across various clients.

  • Coordinating the efforts of internal teams, management, clients, contractors and consultants to deliver projects according to plan.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years' experience in project coordination or contract administration.
  • Flexibility to focus on multiple projects with varying stages of development.
  • Strong knowledge of the design and delivery process in a commercial context.
  • Experience in using and developing internal systems and processes.
  • Ability to coordinate tasks and give direction to stakeholders.
  • A keen willingness to learn and excel in your role.
  • Degree in Project Management or similar relevant qualification.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.

You will be capable of working on your own initiative, operating autonomously and collaboratively as part of a wider team. You will have a hands-on approach whilst instilling a 'can do attitude' being both responsive and proactive.
