Job Title: Sales Coordinator

At our Brisbane office, we are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our Sales team as a Sales Coordinator.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and has excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to Account Managers, ensuring the seamless operation of the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to nominated Account Managers in an effective, detailed, and timely manner.
  • Deliver a high level of client satisfaction through prompt, customer-focused, and professional responses to enquiries and requests.
  • Proactively provide support and collaborate with Account Managers for client activity and internal reporting.
Requirements:
  • Strong skills across the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to problem solve and navigate challenges with a positive mindset.
