About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food Services Attendant to join our team at Estia Health in Burton, South Australia.

As a Food Services Attendant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to our residents by providing a high-quality dining experience.

You will be responsible for preparing and serving food and drink, cleaning, and maintaining a safe and hygienic environment.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about food, has excellent time management and planning skills, and is able to work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food and drink to residents
  • Clean and maintain a safe and hygienic environment
  • Work with the team to create exciting meals that cater to individual needs
  • Keep accurate records as part of our Food Safety Program
  • Be active and on your feet for most of your shift
Requirements
  • Experience in kitchen work (aged care experience an advantage)
  • Basic Food Handling Course completed
  • Great time management and planning skills
  • A real desire to make a difference in people's lives
