**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for you to grow your career in the hospitality industry, providing personalized service and creating lifelong memories for our guests.

About Our Luxury Lodge:

Our luxury lodge is nestled in the heart of Tasmania's stunning Freycinet National Park, offering unparalleled relaxation and breathtaking views of Wineglass Bay. Our guests indulge in world-class amenities, including a day spa and exquisite culinary delights.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily housekeeping operations, ensuring high-quality cleaning and maintenance services within our suites.
  • Plan and assign work tasks, assisting with performance and development goals for employees.
  • Assist with onboarding and training of new housekeeping colleagues.
  • Evaluate and maintain equipment and linens, ensuring they are clean and in good repair.
  • Promote teamwork and quality service through communication and coordination with other departments.
  • Complete quality inspections alongside the Executive Housekeeper.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Previous experience in a luxury accommodation environment or similar, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and reliability to work across various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • A desire to learn, develop, and continuously improve yourself and the team.
  • A reliable vehicle and driver's license (preferred).
