Job Title: Portfolio Solutions Operations Leader

This is a leadership role that requires an experienced professional to oversee and manage operational teams across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of how banking operations teams are run, including knowledge of allied functions upstream and downstream.

They will also need to exhibit a deep understanding of the larger operating environment of the organization, including its strategic objectives and goals.

Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President - Global Head of Markets Operations, this position is responsible for leading teams in Sydney, Boston, India, UK, and Poland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage operational teams across multiple locations
  • Ensure a thorough understanding of how banking operations teams are run
  • Maintain knowledge of all allied functions, both upstream and downstream
  • Exhibit a deep understanding of the larger operating environment of the organization
