As a Disability Support Worker, you will work closely with our residents, their families, and our team to deliver exceptional care and support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide safe and effective daily personal care, tailored to the resident's care needs in line with their current care plans
- Ensure all residents receive kind, caring, and respectful personal care that supports their choice and independence
- Provide assistance to the residents and community with tasks including medical & personal support, domestic cleaning, and general admin duties
- Support residents with recreational and social activities
- Follow all Aveo OH&S policies and procedures and report any safety, security, and resident incidents
- Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability, or Health Services Assistance (required)
- Current First Aid & CPR certificate (required)
- Current Police Check clearance (required)
- Current COVID-19 Vaccinations up to date (required)
