We are seeking a Community Support Worker to join our Tweed Heads Hub. As a valued member of our team, you will play an essential role in supporting and empowering people with disability to live a life of their choosing.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Support clients to live an active lifestyle and participate in their local community through the delivery of person-centred programs.
  • Work to behaviour support plans by utilising positive behaviour strategies.
  • Assist and support clients with personal and hygiene care.
  • Maintenance of progress notes and record-keeping.
  • Communicating effectively with families, to provide regular updates on clients progress.
