Nursing Educator Job Opportunity

As a dedicated educator in nursing, your primary responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering engaging education practices that cater to diverse learners.

  • Adapting curricula to accommodate various learning styles, environments, and resources.
  • Providing administrative support for teaching programs and related services.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to establish, maintain, and review teaching programs.
  • Creating a respectful and safe learning space free from discrimination, bullying, and harassment.
About You

You are a highly motivated individual with expertise in transferring knowledge, including the ability to research, select, and utilize a wide range of learning resources and assessment tools.

Qualifications Required for the Role
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40112) or equivalent qualifications meeting Standards for RTOs 2015.
  • Vocational qualifications at AQF level Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent.
  • Registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
  • Relevant vocational qualifications and experience in mental health care settings.
  • Record of Vocational Competency mapped to engaged Units of Competency.
  • Record of Professional Currency demonstrating current industry and teaching knowledge.

Desirable:

  • Post-graduate qualification in mental health.
