Nursing Education LeadWe are seeking an experienced educator to spearhead our diabetes education initiatives. Our focus is on delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences that equip students for successful careers in nursing.
The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a registered nurse, and extensive experience in diabetes education. They should also possess a growing reputation in research and scholarship through publications and/or exhibitions and/or success in obtaining external research funding.
This role involves leading unit teaching teams in undergraduate and postgraduate programs to enhance student learning outcomes. The successful applicant will be responsible for initiating, designing, and conducting innovative research, scholarship, and creative activities that generate impactful outputs. They will maintain deep discipline knowledge to inform course and unit design, and build a national reputation based on a focused body of work recognised for quality, excellence, and impact.
