KinCare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Aged Care Professional to join our team in Chermside. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our customers, enabling them to live independently at home for longer.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning and maintaining a safe and beautiful living environment for our customers.
- Assist with meal preparation and shopping, ensuring our customers' nutritional needs are met.
- Offer social support and access to lifestyle activities, promoting our customers' physical and emotional well-being.
- Provide personal care, including assistance with mobility, therapy goals, and medication management.
- Offer respite and emotional support to our customers and their families.
- Transport customers to appointments and provide social support.
- Provide complex care for customers with high care needs, such as dementia.

Requirements
- You must care about assisting our aged community and have a current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle.
- You should be able to work independently and find solutions to everyday problems, knowing when to ask your Manager for help.
- You must be available to work at least 3 days - Monday to Friday, with no night or weekend work.
