Customer Service Role in Natural Health Industry
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced customer service professional to join our team at DCL Recruitment. As a customer service representative in the natural health industry, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Process purchase orders and manage customer accounts
- Provide live chat support and answer customer emails
- Perform general administrative duties and liaise with warehouse and logistics teams
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
