We are seeking a highly skilled Research Associate to join our Population Child Health Clinical Research Group at UNSW Australia's School of Clinical Medicine.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct high-quality research in the field of population child health, with a focus on enhancing research quality and funding to improve child and adolescent health globally.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of research projects, including the mixed methods implementation evaluation of paediatric healthcare models.
- Collaborate with the research team to advance the Transition Compass study, which evaluates a model to facilitate the transition from paediatric to adult services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, researchers, and policymakers.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research developments and best practices in the field of population child health.
- PhD in health-services research, public health, or children's health with relevant expertise.
- Demonstrated experience in qualitative research methods and basic statistical analysis.
- Proven track record of publications and conference presentations in the field of population child health.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
