My client is seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager to lead change implementation across a major Technology Program within a greenfield environment. This is a rare opportunity to shape the adoption of modern, secure technology systems for a new business with no legacy constraints.

In this role, you'll work closely with program leaders, technology teams, and external vendors to design and deliver fit-for purpose change strategies. You'll be responsible for stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, communications, training, and transitioning change into business as usual. Success will be measured by the uptake and sustained use of newly implemented systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute change management plans using best-practice frameworks
- Conduct impact assessments and manage people risks
- Design and deliver change collateral including training and communications
- Monitor adoption metrics and support long-term sustainability
- Build strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders

Ideal Candidate:

- 7-10 years' experience in change management, including 3-5 years in complex organisations
- Proven success in greenfield environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to translate technical content into user-friendly messaging
- Change management qualifications are highly regarded
