About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced healthcare professional to oversee patient care operations within our facility.

  • Coordinate and complete projects that support our organization's objectives.
  • Manage patient referrals, plan services, and supervise comprehensive home health care.
  • Implement and uphold administrative practices, agency philosophy, goals, and policies to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A current RN licensure in the state of practice if the Clinical Director is an RN.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • One year of supervisory or management experience in home health or a related healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License, vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
