About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Educator to lead a team of dedicated professionals in delivering exceptional educational programs for children.

As a Senior Educator, you will be responsible for leading your own room and collaborating with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices.

Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.

About Our Centre

We are an exceeding-rated centre located in a leafy suburb, providing high-quality early learning for children aged six weeks to five years.

Our play-based programs, guided by the Early Years Learning Framework, are tailored to each child's interests and strengths.

We encourage hands-on learning and a love for sustainability through our three spacious outdoor areas, including a dirt pit, worm farm, veggie patches, and natural play spaces.

Our Centre Cook provides nutritious meals daily, and we foster strong connections with families through Storypark, family events, and open communication.

Requirements
  • Diploma in Early Childhood or ACECQA approved equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current NSW Working with Children Check
Schedule

This role is a full-time position working Monday to Friday.
