Job Description

  • We are seeking a skilled professional to assume responsibility for managing incidents and problems across the organization. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful implementation and ongoing delivery of incident, problem, and change management processes.

About the Role:

  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience defining and driving incident and problem management processes, including post-mortem analysis and corrective action implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and operationalize a consistent incident and problem management process across the organization.
  • Implement, embed, and provide ongoing support of the incident and problem process and procedures to ensure uplift leading to an adoption of ITIL best practices.
  • In partnership with the service delivery manager, oversee and manage incidents, problems, and changes across the environment.
  • Ensure seamless operation, continuous improvement, and strategic alignment of business technology services with broader organizational goals.
  • Drive rapid service restoration, effective crisis management, SLA adherence, and structured incident response.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, business administration, or a related field.
  • Expert knowledge of ITSM tools JIRA Service Management (JSM) and frameworks, with practical experience in implementing and managing ITIL processes.
  • Incident and problem management expertise: 5+ years defining and driving incident and problem management processes.
  • ITIL 4 Foundation certification.
  • Global best practice in IT major incident management (MIM).
  • Root cause analysis (RCA) certifications.
