Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of full-time work experience, preferably in consulting or industry.
  • Outstanding academic performance, ideally with an undergraduate degree and/or Master's/MBA/PhD.
  • Industry experience in areas such as climate and sustainability, retail, banking, private equity, oil and gas, mining, public sector, engineering, banking and finance, law, healthcare, medicine, or telecommunications.
  • Excellent analytical and creative thinking, with strong quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills.
  • Able to think outside the box and package complex topics and ideas effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and client relationship-building skills.
