About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Lead Educator to join our team at Box Hill Institute's Lilydale Lakeside Children's Centre. As a key member of our Early Childhood Education team, you will be responsible for providing innovative education and care programs for children aged 0-6 years in our Walert (Babies) Room.

About You:
  • Diploma in Children's Services/Early Childhood and Care
  • First Aid Certificate (Level 2)
  • Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management
  • Demonstrated experience within early childhood education and knowledge of childhood learning and developmental health
  • Understanding of compliance and regulatory factors that govern the delivery of early childhood services
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passionate about ELC and working in a close team environment
  • Ability to be flexible within the ELC environment and able to adapt to changing circumstances in and out of the classroom
  • Safe Food Handling Certificate (desirable)
