**Academic Position:**

We are seeking a highly motivated academic to join our team as a lecturer in biochemistry and cell biology.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and research in the areas of biochemistry, cell biology, biotechnology, molecular genetics/genomics, and/or biomedicine.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Evaluate and enhance learning and teaching initiatives using evidence-based approaches.
  • Contribute to the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning by adopting a scholarly approach to learning and teaching.
  • Provide constructive feedback on student learning.

**Requirements:**

  • A PhD degree in Biochemistry or Cell Biology, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in teaching tertiary students in biochemistry, cell biology, molecular genetics/genomics, biotechnology, and/or biomedicine.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement innovative initiatives that improve the student experience.
  • Potential to engage with the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
