Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Promotion Production Assistant with experience in television production and strong ability to manage conflicting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with the Head of Production, Producers, and Departmental Managers to ensure the smooth running of the production department, including assisting in the preparation of scheduled production shoots.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Media Asset System, including ingest/import of material footage
  • Delivery and conversion of material footage within set timeframes
  • Input and manage data for the APRA music usage library
  • Data entry in Nine's Promotion Tracking Software (Phoenix)
  • Sourcing and organizing material for Sport, Entertainment, and News promos
  • Distribution of approved promos to relevant stakeholders
  • Liaising with internal departments for footage and information requests
  • Preparation of promo shoots, live logging, and runner duties

Requirements

  • Degree or other tertiary qualification in media production
  • Television production experience
  • Experience with AVID Media Composer highly regarded
