Senior Compliance Officer Role

This senior-level position plays a pivotal part in supporting early learning centres in assessing compliance and quality, leading fact-finding processes, and building capability through coaching and education.

  • Conduct centre visits to assess compliance and quality standards.
  • Lead fact-finding and reporting on critical incidents or complaints.
  • Build capability through coaching, resources, and best practice sharing.
About the Position:

This role requires a strong understanding of the Australian Early Childhood Sector, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a Centre Leadership Position. The ideal candidate will possess an ACECQA-approved qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (Diploma or higher).

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Verifying compliance and quality standards against the NQF and organisational standards.
  • Conducting centre visits and comprehensive reviews of documentation, practices, and physical environments.
  • Providing actionable recommendations for improvement and prioritisation.
