We are looking for a Senior Support Worker to work with people who need our support. In this role, you will help individuals develop independence in daily life and access various activities.

About the Role
  • Supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Condition or Learning Difficulties in developing independence in daily living, accessing work/education, and leisure activities is key to success.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements
  • At least six months of experience supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Condition or Learning Difficulties is necessary.
  • A level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is preferred.
  • NISCC registration or apply to register upon appointment is required.
  • A full UK driving licence held for at least one year; a car will be provided accordingly.
