As a software development professional at SafetyCulture, you will work on new and existing products directly impacting customers' lives globally. You'll collaborate with other team members to investigate design approaches and evaluate technical feasibility. You'll write high-quality distributed system software and use engineering best practices.

You will be versatile, able to simplify complex problems and remove obstacles so developers can build. When you join, you will work on projects critical to SafetyCulture and our customers' needs. You will have opportunities to continue growing and following your passion as the business evolves.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software;">
• Investigate design approaches, prototype new technology and evaluate technical feasibility;">
• Write high-quality distributed system software and perform peer code-review;">
• Perform development and maintenance of key system features;">
• Create and review documentation and process regarding recurring issues, new standard operating procedure;">
• Demonstrate expertise in front-end development and navigate the complexity in handling data and UI state;">
• Demonstrate technical versatility, with diverse experience in frontend tech stacks;">
• Demonstrate expertise with TypeScript (or other typed languages), React, Next.js, Webpack (or other bundling system);">
• Apply a practical understanding of AI technologies, identifying opportunities to leverage machine learning or automation to enhance development and user experience;">
• Agile methodology, Product and Design thinking across testing methodologies (TDD).">

Requirements:

• ">
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience;">
• 3+ years relevant experience in software development experience;">
• Experience working with algorithms, data structures, complexity analysis;">
• Proficiency with one or more general-purpose programming languages including but not limited to: Typescript and React.">
