Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Junior Associate. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting us with IT-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with vendors to deliver IT equipment and escalate issues as needed.
  • Follow best practices and ensure that incidents are managed efficiently.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes within timelines.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance end-user experience and operational efficiency.

Technical Requirements:

  • Must have knowledge of Active Directory, ADFS, Azure Active Directory, and Rights Management Services.
  • Support connectivity issues for LAN and WiFi connections, with a good understanding of TCP/IP and networking.
  • Work with end-user technologies that facilitate BYOD (CYOD, COPE, etc.).

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of relevant data analyst experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
