Architectural Project Delivery Position

The role of Architect in our organization entails contributing to the delivery of architectural projects through close collaboration with the design team and clients.

This full-time position involves preparing architectural documentation, including concept designs, development applications, construction documents, and detail drawings using Revit software. Additionally, knowledge of Building Practitioners Act Requirements is essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparation of architectural documentation for various project stages.
  • Coordinating consultants and liaising with clients.
  • Assisting in the preparation of architectural documentation to varying levels of completion.
  • Understanding and applying local authority codes, Australian Standards, ADG, and Housing SEPP Requirements.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients, councils, and contractors.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Coordinating day-to-day operations of projects.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Bachelor of Architecture degree from an Australian University or equivalent qualification.
  2. Essential experience in Revit software.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  4. Strong communication and time management skills.
  5. Ability to multitask and work independently or as part of a team.
  6. Strong work ethic and enthusiasm.
