Enterprise Architect

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to join our Technology team and shape the strategic direction of our technology landscape. As part of our Technology Operating Model transformation, this role will uplift architecture practice maturity and guide effective execution of technology investments across our Australian business. This is a permanent role and can be based in Mascot or Port Kembla, NSW, or Mount Waverley, VIC. We offer a hybrid work arrangement to fit your lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Lead domain-based unification strategies to drive common platforms across the business.
• Support the Business in maintaining strategic roadmaps aligned to business capabilities, architectural principles, and strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and heads of IT to develop robust, scalable templates for solution governance and delivery of technology and digital initiatives.
• Provide support and guidance to Solution Architects on major programs of work, including principles, artefact templates, and involvement in implementation governance and architectural change management.
• Review, interpret, and respond to business requirements to ensure alignment between business expectations and current or future business and IT capabilities.
• Assist in developing ASP business and IT strategy leveraging knowledge of emerging technology and trends.

We value business partnering and Enterprise Architecture experience. We are looking for a team player who can contribute across strategy, roadmaps, and architecture. You should have:

• Experience in strategy and roadmap development.
• Experience in customer, manufacturing, or supply chain platform architecture.
• Strong storytelling and ability to communicate concepts visually and in writing.
• Experience in senior architecture roles and the ability to facilitate engagements at varied organizational and technical levels.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Knowledge of ITIL and TOGAF frameworks and project management methodologies.
• Domain experience in delivering Application, Information, Integration, Process, Security, and Technology Architecture artefacts.
