About The Role

Our clients, recognized for their outstanding delivery of significant projects across the region, are in search of proficient Site Supervisors to support ongoing growth and success in the North of Tasmania.

As a Construction Site Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the effective management of assigned construction projects. This encompasses overseeing safety protocols, general administration, personnel management, and maintaining the quality of construction work.

Candidate Profile

This position is suited for experienced Site Supervisors who have a strong background in managing projects from inception to client handover. You should have a proven history of successfully handling multi-million dollar projects and the capability to oversee multiple sites concurrently.

Essential Qualifications

  1. Certificate III in Carpentry or Carpentry & Joinery
  2. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
  3. Demonstrated experience in commercial construction projects
  4. Ability to analyze, evaluate, and interpret various documents, including plans and contracts
  5. High attention to detail and proficient computer skills, including specialized software and Microsoft Office
  6. Certificate IV in Building and Construction is desirable or a willingness to obtain it
