As a Student Experience Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the academic journey of students at University Partnerships.

About the Role:
  • You will be the primary point of contact for student inquiries, addressing concerns and providing accurate information with a friendly and supportive demeanor.
  • Maintaining student records is crucial, ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
  • Closely collaborate with academic and administrative teams to streamline processes such as enrolment, orientation, and graduation, ensuring a seamless experience for students.
  • Assist students in navigating university systems, procedures, and resources, offering guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of academic policies, regulations, and best practices to provide informed advice and solutions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by analyzing feedback, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing efficient processes.
Key Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in administration or student services, preferably within the education sector.
  • Proficiency in student information systems and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and an understanding of compliance, records management, and data integrity.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a team environment and interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with relevant education policies, regulations, and best practices.
