Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Payroll Officer to join our team, responsible for processing payroll accurately fortnightly and monthly across the organisation for 1000+ staff. Key responsibilities include:

  • Interpreting relevant awards and entitlements
  • Calculating payroll tax, superannuation, and work cover
  • Reviewing and updating payroll policies and procedures
  • Supporting the Payroll Manager during the go-live phase of iChris
  • Reporting duties
Key Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Previous experience in Payroll using Chris 21 or iChris
  • Effective time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively within a team environment
