Job Opportunity for Experienced Construction Manager

This is an exciting role for a highly skilled and experienced construction manager to plan, develop, source and manage procurement arrangements effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of management plans and sourcing strategies to ensure value for money while meeting stakeholder expectations.
  • Analyse business needs, commercial risks and supply markets to inform procurement decisions, leading sourcing activities across various categories and establishing effective supply arrangements.
  • Provide governance, advice and guidance to internal stakeholders to build expertise in procurement and categories across the organisation.
  • Develop and administer contract management plans, negotiate changes and modifications, supplier performance management and compliance requirements by developing effective supplier relationships.
  • Plan and lead contract negotiations in the establishment and review of supply arrangements to deliver procurement outcomes.
  • Identify, manage and mitigate procurement risks to enable the organisation to meet its obligations.

Document procurement processes, decisions and contractual arrangements to provide an audit trail for probity purposes.
