Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead large-scale projects.

About the Role

This is an opportunity to deliver exceptional outcomes as part of our expanding team, overseeing complex construction projects valued between $10M–$30M. The successful candidate will have 10+ years' experience as a Project Manager on construction projects ($10M+).

A strong leadership background, coupled with excellent time management and problem-solving skills, is essential for this role. Proficiency in relevant software packages (e.g. Buildtools, Jobpac, Microsoft Project) is also desirable.

The ideal candidate will be able to take full ownership of project cost control, manage site teams of 50–100 trades and subcontractors, and drive safety, quality, and compliance across all site activities.

About You
  • 10+ years' experience as a Project Manager on construction projects ($10M+)
  • Trade or tertiary qualifications in construction (Certificate IV, Diploma, or Degree)
  • Proven ability and experience in managing project budgets and taking full ownership of project cost control
  • Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in relevant software packages (e.g. Buildtools, Jobpac, Microsoft Project)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
